How does scoring work?
LayoverScore combines airport quality, things to do in the city, visa accessibility, and transit time to city center. A score above 75 is a great layover. Below 40 means stay in the terminal.
Are the flight prices live?
Yes. Prices are fetched live at search time and reflect current availability. Pull to refresh in the app to get updated prices. Prices change frequently — book quickly if you find a good one.
What does LayoverScore not account for?
Personal preferences (nightlife vs museums), weather, seasonal events, and airline-specific lounge access. The score is a starting point, not the final word.
My saved routes disappeared.
Saved routes are stored locally on your device. They are removed if you uninstall the app or clear app data. We do not back them up to a server.
Which passports are supported for visa checks?
The current version supports US, UK, Canadian, Australian, German, and French passports for visa status checks. More will be added as the app grows.
How do I delete my email from the waitlist?
Email privacy@layover.ing and we will remove you immediately.
